The Problem: Challenges in Measurement-Based Mental Health Care

Mental health care often lacks scalable, structured tools for ongoing measurement, patient engagement, and data-driven treatment decisions.

Clinicians and organizations face challenges in:

  • Tracking patient-reported outcomes over time
  • Monitoring patient progress between visits

  • Reducing administrative burden associated with ongoing assessment and monitoring

The challenge is improving visibility into patient progress while supporting more efficient and informed clinical decision-making.
