Memotext

About Us

A Short History of MEMOTEXT

Designed by patients for patients.

MEMOTEXT began as a simple medication adherence web-app. From our users, we realized we needed to make reminders, support and educational content not only engaging but relevant.  Iterating with clients since 2012, we learned to use validated assessments and health data to understand context and  automatically tailor a mobile health intervention that was as unique as its user.

Leveraging data to create interventions that are as unique as patients.

We began by using subjective behavioural assessments (questionnaires) to build tailored and adaptive messaging and mobile health interventions. Over time we started to consume claims data to understand patient medication history and refill dates to provide an objective source for personalizing messaging content. We also started integrating external sources of health data, like ambient phone data (sleep, activity), wearables and EMR data to tailor messaging, notifications, social feeds and voice messages.

Collaborating for outcomes.

Over time we realized that a large part of our strength comes from our ability to enable the visions of those we collaborate with. The most critical asset of a platform is external—the community of stakeholders.

MEMOTEXT contributes, enables, validates and scales the visions of our collaborators and our clients.  We are very fortunate to have surrounded ourselves with leading academic and clinical innovators to work and collaborate with. We are also fortunate enough to have built a network of innovative clinical organizations that work with us to pilot, integrate and scale innovations into clinical and commercial workflows and ultimately improve outcomes

Creation of our digital engagement platform.

Today we are a data-driven, evidence-based, personalized digital engagement platform.  Our passion to do meaningful things drives our company to build, validate and scale digital engagement and DTx to provide a significant ROI to our clients, partners and patient populations.
